How can any of us sit here and make the assertion that the cop is right or wrong based on this short video?

As I wrote earlier, sometimes people need to be punched. And that idea can be extrapolated to "sometimes people need to be shot."
So who is the “trained” one in this instance? Based on the “short” video, why would the two cops intercede? Videos like this do not help public perception, and I don’t defend her actions, but the DA will have to decide if he should get more training, or not.
