That seems to be the going rate. I spent more ($4500) and had paint protection film applied to the front bumper, headlights, a pillars, side skirts, side mirrors, rear quarter and full hood. I would NEVER have the dealership do any of these services. My dealership sometimes ceramic coats their cars and they leave minor scratches/swirl under the coating. That would not be acceptable to me.
