It's pretty much totaled
Long story short: when I got my 335i in August 2008, I was still making payments on this car. My parents wanted to take over the loan, as they wanted a two-seater (they are not car people but my dad knows how to drive a stick, and both my parents wanted a two-seater for themselves) but I ended up paying for the next few months anyway as I owed them money for the down payment. Then my brother wrecked his Z4 around November, and he ended up taking over my 350Z.
My brother works a night shift, and as he was coming home around 10 PM, somebody ran a red and T-boned him. He ended up being safe.
