If you have to run on tracks like Monaco then it seems like running cars that can actually race on that type of track is a must. The current cars are so large that they make it virtually impossible to pass and therefore impossible to race. Also, rather than re-fueling and mandatory pits stops, how about no pit stops. Every team starts the race with enough fuel and a set of tires that will last the entire race. To me it should be about the car and driver and not about who is more efficient in the pits.
