I looked into starlink when we were buying our house in NC as many of the houses we looked at were in areas with little to no options for internet. I even signed up to be alerted when it was available in my area and I don’t recall ever hearing anything from them. Luckily the house we ended up with is close enough to town that we can get cable internet for a decent price. I believe starlink is $99/mo plus like $500 for the equipment. I also read somewhere they are planning to release a “premium” version for more $$.
