Thanks … like I mentioned before, everything else on the car looks and feels great, driving is a blast, really distracts from the Cerium Grey. I may eventually replace the mirror caps - about the only time I notice these bits is when I walk up to the car and see the mirrors.
Not much opportunity to drive with the top down, so can't say how much the cerium grey roll hoops will 'disturb' me, but given that I will probably not see them much from the outside of the car (I close top even when the car is in the garage), I probably won't care enough to go through the hassle of replacing them with black.
