My first BMW (and first car): 1995 E36 325IS.
The car was passed on to me from my uncle - it was driven across the United States from FL to CA and then up to Canada. I bought it for cheap but spent a good deal upgrading it and modding it. It had raceland coils, M3 bumpers, HIDs, M3 wheels, Fog Light Deletes, black kidneys, rear tails. It handled fantastic, but it was old and dying. I couldn't afford to fix it and by the time I was in a better financial position, the car couldn't idle properly and was pretty intolerable to drive.
Sold it, bought an Acura and drove it for a year, but missed the BMW game, and so I bought an E90 one week ago! So happy to be back in a BMW
