Another idea:
Spend 15k (or whatever so no payment) on a used crew cab pickup truck with leather interior. Finish out your leases and get rid of them. When you are ready, purchase your BMWs outright on the used market.
Driving as much as you do, new cars depreciate far too quickly. That truck you pickup now will hardly depreciate and is comfortable/functional/reliable for the time being.
