thats pretty a pretty unhealthy goal. if you wanna lose weight i suggest doing cardio first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. Wait until at least a half hour after cardio to eat. i suggest eating 4-5 light meals or 3 light meals with healthy snacks in betweenwith light carbs, a lean protein and a fiber ( vegetable). Lean proteins include chicken, eggs, fish. Also, try to keep you last meal at least 4 hours before your bedtime. For snacks, try things with high fiber or protein to help you feel more full. I personally like yogurts, blueberries and nuts.

also, another great tip is to cut all unnecessary carbs, no sugary sodas, no energy drinks. If you would normally make a sandwich with white bread, try using a lighter whole grain bread. Instead of white rice eat brown rice.
I have heard that people have lost a decent amount of weight just from cutting excess sugars/carbs.

Obviously your goal in losing weight is to burn more calories than you intake.
