I'm a Gasly fan. I was happy to see him get the RBR seat, and dismayed to see him lose it. But it took him time to settle back into the Alpha Tauri seat too; his ascendancy this year has been after several races.

RBR is run by people who think that there is winning, and then there is the rest of it. They are very clearly a team with a #1 and a #2 driver. Like Ferrari used to be. The sad thing is that they don't see how that hobbles them as a team, and damages the opportunities of their best driver to have the best results. Mercedes gets that part right and it shows in their success.
