This is the key difference, together with 6 cylinder vs 4 cylinder.
They are huge, huge differences. Either one of those is enough to determine the decision, and both should easily sway it.
My current DD is a 2015 Mini Cooper S. It has more issues putting it's pathetic power down than my stroker E90 with 500whp or my F80 CS.
It will get replaced with another M car. Life is too short to drive FWD cars.
