With legalization of certain substances at the state level but not the federal level, failed DOT drug tests (federal) must apparently still be recorded on a driver's federal records.
I know someone who gave up his security clearance and let his $200K+/year federal contractor career literally go to pot, because it was more important to him than money. He's currently homeless, and couch-surfing all over the east coast. Hence wondering if truck drivers are doing the same thing?????
