Have a dealer appointment tomorrow for first issue. Have noticed the bass completely goes away randomly, researched this searching BMW forums and it is well known. My car was built Nov/2020 and it falls in a range of potentially bad AMP or Booster for the radio.
I have the Harmon Kardon, the 3/4 series forums are full of radio bass issues so that made me feel a little better that this is common.
Spoke with the service advisor and he is already familiar with bad Amp service requests so that’s positive.
