It's good for any new leased or purchased BMW, but not any pre-owned. This is different from vehicle delivery as it does not include hotel or meals, just the class.

I just purchased an executive demo X7 40i this year for the wife, who is a first time BMW owner. Since the vehicle had never been registered, would it count as "new?"
