After an interaction or two I'll have the person's direct email and cell # anyway. So I email or text them directly, instead of making an appointment thru someone else. Once I feel like we have the rapport/repeat business comfort level going, of course
Also, typically the online reservation system will have a drop down menu that allows you to select the SA name. Sounds like your shop doesn't allow that option?
