Right! There is going to be some expertise required. Either in establishing the items which can easily transplant or ones that need replacement, and for which models!
BMW's permission is another fight. I think they may have recently discovered how to add retrofits to their ConnectedDrive servers. Also, some of the parts seem to require their help to prevent it from becoming a brick.
