Yes, sounds like a good deal and the math seems to pan out. I assume the down payment is just fees, 1st month, etc.? No further cap reduction? (If it is cap reduction, the monthly should be more like $540.)

Not getting into lease vs buy, but I just saw BMW is advertising 2.99% for up to 60 months. If you can afford a bit more down payment, you would safe the acquisition cost fee (and lease end turn in fee), but of course would have to pay more sales tax …

One other rebate you could add: BMW CCA (car club of America) … if you aren't already a member, you can get 3 year membership for $134 and you are eligible for a $500 rebate (it took about 2 months after I got my Z4 to get the rebate check from BMW): https://www.bmwcca.org/vehicle_rebate
