Sonax works well but you still need to at least wipe with a sponge or brush for the best results, you can also ceramic coat the wheels or use armor all brake dust repellant which lasts a few weeks as long as you don't touch it the dust will rince right off but the best brake dust solution I've found is changing to ceramic pads.

As of right now I do a wash, but of course when it dries still getting the nasty water marks and there are some areas that the brake dust just settles that I can't reach. I also use a pressure washer (45 degrees) to help out too. I'll take a look at these products. ONE DAY i might be able to change out my pads.
