Personally I'm thinking 3 things ..
1- HAM is a dirty liar.
2- HAM will get a ICE replacement with more power .
3- It was just rumours .

If Ham gets a new PU with more power then would it be something that was already ''cleared'' secretly with Fia beforehand...I wonder.
