Man - I must be searching wrong - I looked up 5+ acres in Los Gatos and can't find any homes selling for less than $6mil.
Why did they name the town "The Cat's"? That's almost as odd as a town I lived at in Florida for a while, called Boca Raton - translates to "Mouth of the Rat".
