Well, your original reply was very general. I believe you are now saying, based on the date I see in the legalese you've posted, that there are some *brand new* regulatory factors at play now. Ok, fair enough. Though I am certainly not a lawyer, I can see how that may be the case. That being said it will be interesting to see if others who are about to launch diesels in the US - I believe Chevrolet, Mazda, and Jaguar all have new light duty models coming next quarter - will see similar challenges. And the F150 diesel is scheduled for early 2018 too, so there's another one to watch.
