Lifting chest yesterday, fairly sore this morning. Had the intention of taking it easy on the cardio since my calves have been sore as shit yesterday. Ended up running 5 miles after my workout so that didnt happen lol.
Arms this morning. Had a mean pump, most likely due to the abundance of cookies that I ate yesterday. Stairs to finish out the workout, legs were killing me. And I have to lift legs tomorrow so that'll be miserable!
