Production value is quite high to as they have different voice actors for some of the main characters.

As for the books - the 200 hours of listening i've got is as follows:

DUNE 1965 - Frank Herbert
DUNE Messiah 1969 - Frank Herbert
Children of DUNE 1976 - Frank Herbert
God Emperor of DUNE 1981 - Frank Herbert
Heretics of DUNE 1984 - Frank Herbert
Chapterhouse: DUNE 1985 - Frank Herbert
Hunters of DUNE 2006 - Brian Herbert & Keven J. Anderson
Sandworms of DUNE 2007 - Brian Herbert & Keven J. Anderson

I`m about to tackle the oil pan gasket on my n54 so that should see me through at least one book

Have you read any/all of these? Any favs?
I somehow missed God Emperor and Heretics in my youth. I'm almost done with God Emperor, and Heretics is waiting in the wings.
I have read every other splinter grouping that Herbert/Anderson have written. Outside of the original Dune, those two write better stories than Frank Herbert.
