BMW should have several models to drive and I think you can pick what you want.
You shouldn't need to bring anything, helmets are not typically needed for AutoX. At the last BMW-sponsored AutoX in my area, no helmet was required.

I hope they come down South to put it on. I did the GM one a couple of decades or so ago and it was fun to put the (then new) C6 vette and SSR thru their paces. They even brought manuals to bang thru the gears.
