Man.....I need a haircut so bad! I'm still about the same weight as you. And still sore. I haven't fully returned yet....just 3 days a week on a basic powerlifting split.
Once I start adding days, I will address my diet.
Never missed this amount of time. Like
lsturbointeg said....just a week during vacation.
Right now I still have a lot of personal stuff going on with my dad.
And I'm not getting younger so this is new territory for me!
