Your assessment is dead-on. If Turkey didn't convince anyone of that, they aren't worthy of being called F1 fans. Additionally, the contract info is hilarious because when parties are working from a place of trust and mutual benefit, the contract is a formality and what we are seeing is the dotting of "i's" and crossing of "t's". This will probably be the biggest let-down in the history of sports when it is signed...if it hasn't already occurred.
