I had a FJ Curiser w/ the manual transmission which has full time 4WD with mechanically locking center diff and rear diff. The front diff was electronically brake locked with ATRAC which was actually a very good system. It was like "spider goats" (see earlier post)....go over and up anything. Absolutely loved that vehicle. You can get a new one in your budget.
