A couple of things i learned from this scenario in my early years.
1. It’s impossible to raise a garage door quietly. No matter how well maintained, the thing makes a grinding noise throughout the entire structure of the house.
2. When doing the old ‘roll the car down the driveway while off’ trick, make sure you don’t have the fucking key in the ‘lock’ position
