It looks like the measurement is number of drivers (registered/insured owners) with a reckless infraction per 10,000 of a specific vehicle. So data for the driver, not necessarily stating that the reckless citation was issued IN that car. So if the driver owns a Miata but got the citation in a Honda Pilot, does that get counted?
Miata holds the title with 0.73% of the drivers.
I wonder what this data would look like for low production vehicles. I'm sure there are plenty of well-to-dos with a 1 of xxx vehicle with a reckless on their record. Next thing you know an Izuzu VehiCross looks like the most dangerous vehicle on the planet.
