Baku...if Red Bull didn't want to risk a tyre blow out then they shouldn't have used their wheeze to run with below the recommended tyre pressures. Post race Pirelli had to up the minimum tyre pressure to counter Red Bull doing this.
If no blow out then Verstappen likely takes first and Hamilton 3rd...a loss of 10 points...not 25.
Silverstone...if Verstappen hadn't entered copse with an entry speed higher than even his fastest qualifying lap despite carrying a full (~100kg) load of fuel at a poor angle for the turn in desperation to take the lead...rather had let Hamilton pass then he gets second (at worst) and a loss of 7 points.
