I have had T-Mobile for the last 3 years and I have never had any problems with it. Heck, I never had a service reception issue. Always connected. Always using it. Those people who complain probably live way outside the city in suburb area's where even any wireless carrier will suffer from reception.

You can always try it (why not if it is 20% of entire bill - $80 for 2 lines unlimited data. That's a steal) and switch back if you have problems.
