Interestingly, I did not get an OTA software upgrade that could have caused it to be unchecked. Maybe the new terms and conditions in the app included new warnings on using it and hence it had to be activated again.

Who knows, I thought maybe they shut it off so the car doesnt remote start during the remote upgrade and it didnt turn back on. I didnt read the new TOS, maybe it said something about it or I didnt agree by mistake.
Luckily a simple fix..
