I take with NaNo (also nitro) and DomEase before a work out. After I use aplodom to build up the muscles.
I take protein after a work out, either GNC one or MucleMilk. I PT/work out M-F. I aint jacked though but I've come a long way from the skinny shit i was 2 yrs ago.
