and cheat meals are actually very beneficial. when youre on a low calorie diet for an extended period of time it causes your metabolism to slow because your body senses it is not getting enough calories and it will therefore try to hang on to the calories it has. so when you cheat, you're actually resetting your metabolism.

dude nice post, i went throu some diet past 2 years starting from eating tuna and wheat bread ,then lots of gym activity i was exactly where you are on numbers but possibly 60% body fat lol.You must have some strong lift now.
