Firstly its the Daily Mail...its the racist rag you use, should you run out of toilet paper....and it seems they have turned the story around in order to Mock Hamilton.
It was Hamilton International who were opposing the application to trademark the name 'Lewis Hamilton' for a number of goods including watches, smartwatches and jewellery and 44IP were trying to get that overturned.
