if this guy is accurate we are talking near -500
it looks like many events could cause such an effect this week

* 1.3 trillion Bank Bailout
Fall of Lehman Brothers
GE looks like it's losing it's AAA rating and might get downgraded by J.P Morgan
BOA and Citigroup will fail.
Who knows so many things going bad these days, if I was still in the market I would definitely be shorting.
