Echo the comments from above, be careful with less grip in sub 50 degree temps but you will be fine. The tires will likely ride harsher then usual at cold temps below 40. With a garage and southern temperatures there shouldn’t be any prolonged exposure to sub freezing temps which would lead to tire cracking issues.
