By their very nature awd cars don't lend themselves to oversteer anything like a powerful rwd. But this is not to say that the RS5 doesn't have a chassis that can't be controlled by the throttle, because it does.

Lamborghini started the whole flat bottomed thing but the real brand to use it extentively is Volkswagen.
