They have the opportunity. They have gone in and doubled down on an unstable platform. They have wasted 2 years with a car that could only be managed by 1 driver. Gasly has proven himself and that the car was the problem, not him. It's a travesty.

They have the same budget as Mercedes for all practical purposes. They should be doing a better job in their car development not bemoaning Mercedes and complaining about unequal cars. It's ridiculous.

I think both would be suitable teammates and challenges. Just appreciate that he's not talking up Albon's progress or suggesting they invite Gasly back because of his uptrend at AT.

No dispute on Merc's well deserved dominance.

As for how tricky and individual the RBR platform really is, we'd find out if they sign "off the couch for a points finish" Hulk and he can't figure it.

Remember Max sure didn't take much time to adjust. Won on RBR debut.
