Firstly a 0.00 sec reaction time is treated by the in track sensors as a jump start.
Having any display on your steering wheel...lights, words or numbers doesn't not indicate an auto launch system.
In any case the start lights are switched off in a completely random fashion...these is no way to connect a cars system to pre-empty the start lights switching off in order to gain an advantage...or to perform any kind or auto launch connected to the lights.
