Yes, they are horrible. There are two that I have to choose from. One, sold me a "certified" car that was missing an air bag

The other took four tries to repair a leaking rear pinon seal... ended up replacing the diff... (with a unit from a salvage yard
) And, they managed to tear the CV boot on one of the axles. At least they replaced that with a new one.
Incompetent doesn't even begin to describe these guys.
