Late to the party here. I bought a Gonex set last year when the gyms closed. Mine hang from eyebolts screwed into trusses in a spare bedroom. Adds a whole completely different level to your routine. I use mine more for upper body exercises. Lowered to the floor for push up variations will ruin your life. Also started using parallettes around the same time, those will kick your ass as well. My routine now is about 50/50 calisthenics and weightlifting. I haven't been using my rings as much lately. I need to set them back up.
