- poor ventilation even with drawer open
- charging under load: phone will become erratic / drop ACP when in the charger and running Waze plus music
- positioning of the phone relative to coils (explaining why not all phone models seem to be impacted)
I am charging via cable on longer trips.

You probably already tried this, but what happens if you take it out of the case? Still an issue?
