BOTH. as soon as bmw fixes the cheap i8 interior (I think they did allready with a few tweaks I have not seen any pics btw anyone?) the I8 will be almost perfect.
That said the R8...I prefer the design of the first gen - cant believe they ditched the side blade - but the interior is superior and yes kudos to audi. A NA engine!! The world has not ended yet. BMW doesnt even have one in its ever growing lineup. Who would have thought. Audi is now the proper premium sports car manufact (bar porsche).
