As the emissions controls were just starting, GM decided to meet the new standards by dropping the compression ratio from 9.0 to 7.6 to 1. 75 mighty HP.....but incredibly fun to drive. light, quick steering, nice shifter, and I thought good looking. Maybe most FUN car I ever owned.
