If it was your car what would you do? Since I was right behind her, I was thinking to myself, “What would I do?” The guy has no insurance and probably no ID. It will leave a mark obviously, and insurance deductible might not be worth the hassle.

Nothing. Chalk it up as bad luck, and have it repaired. There is no way you are going to get any money out of a homeless guy.....
