Best way to get a little bit more ground clearance?

Am having a helluva time trying to understand the tire values. This link does me no good. https://www.wheel-size.com/size/bmw/z4/2020/

Wife is disabled, struggles to get in and out so I'm looking for a way to get the ground clearance up another inch or so. BUILD YOUR OWN offers a choice of either a 18" standard or 19" but no info as to the real tire stuff like your typical 265/70R/17 spec. What in real world terms would I get by going with a 19" tire? I understand the change in the handling dynamics, just need to tweek this.

Any one got a clue?
