OK....
Reached out to another dealer. My first rebuttal was 4% off MSRP at dealer #1. The 2nd dealer offered 10% off with out any haggling! Called it the TRUECar Price. I didn't know they played that game. I think 10% off is pretty darn fair.
CA said they would find the car I wanted from another dealer or go the Build route.
