Tesla's Sentry mode is annoying!

After grocery shopping I went back to my car and found a Tesla Model 3 had replaced the SUV that was parking on my left. It was a tight spot, so I walked sideway to my driver side door, opened the door very carefully trying not to touch the luxury electric vehicle.

However, all the sudden the gigantic center screen of the Model 3 lights up, with a big red ball in the middle resembling a red alarm light, and "Sentry Activated" says clearly on the white background. The screen was so ridiculously large and bright that I could see my reflection on his untinted window. But I didn't even touch him! Why did all the cameras start shooting at me as if I had scratched his premium metallic paint?

So before I got into my car, I flipped at all three cameras to express my disapproval of the nonconsensual video recording. Thanks to COVID-19, I was able to do this with my face covered by a mask. Maybe the driver would learn to disable the in-car display of the Sentry mode next time.
