Not to nitpick, but considering an '08, a 3 year old model currently, is still worth $90K it is very unlikely that a 2 year old '10 GT3 will be there next summer. I actually think $105K is a pretty good deal right now considering how they're priced up here.
Fwiw, I fully agree that it would be worth stretching the the budget slightly to buy the car that you
really want.
